Having a celiac disease diagnosis should not mean you cannot enjoy tasty, safe, and wholesome food wherever you go.

After being diagnosed in 2017, I have chosen to not let my disorder dictate my happiness and mobility. While it is more complicated now to “eat and be happy”, especially when traveling, it is my purpose to document and provide resources for you, my reader, to help you join in my journey and (hopefully) even share some of your own.
